The 812 GTS is the open-top version of the 812 Superfast and was unveiled in September 2019. It is the first series-production front-engine V12 convertible offered by Ferrari in 50 years; the open variants of the 550, 575, and 599 were special models for selected customers. The electrically operated retractable hardtop takes 14 seconds and can be operated at up to 28 mph. Due to chassis reinforcements, it weighs 75 kg more than the Superfast, but offers identical performance figures.
